Welcome to the blog!  I'm Corbin and I'm going to sleep for five hours a day.  This is an experiment inspired by Rhett and Link (Internetainers) when they posted one of their videos on YouTube.  I will be logging my progress of how switching from sleeping eight hours straight every night to four hours a night plus an afternoon one hour nap goes.  Ideally, my body doesn't have any negative effects while in the adjustment period and my brain quickly adapts to the new sleep schedule.
  
I started this blog after I started the journal so I don't have much of a following yet.  If you are curious about trying a new sleep cycle or just want to see how well I do mentally please continue to stop by and subscribe.  If you would like to recommend this to your friends that's also appreciated and encouraged.  Thank you for checking this out, I'll see you again soon!

  I'm not going to give you my phone number because I don't want people calling me.  What I will give you is my twitter handle.  You can find me at @CorbinWilcock.  That one's pretty straightforward.  I won't be tweeting about the experiment but I like to think that I come up with some pretty funny tweets.
